Xiaomi currently testing Android 11 public beta update for these devices

Xiaomi, ever since Google released Android 11, has been steadily working on providing Android 11 to its devices, parallel to the MIUI 12 update.

The OEM’s flagship offerings including Mi 10 series, and Redmi K30 Pro (aka Poco F2 Pro) have already bagged the update while a good number of devices are in testing and are aiming at an imminent stable Android 11 release.

A Telegram channel that has been pretty accurate in the past has once again shared an updated list where multiple devices could be seen nearing public release.

According to which, devices such as Mi 10 Ultra, Mi 10 Lite Zoom, Mi 9, Mi9 SE, Redmi K30 Ultra, Redmi K30/Poco X2, Redmi K20 Pro/Mi 9T Pro, Redmi K20/Mi 9T, Mi Note 10/CC9 Pro, Redmi Note 9 5G, Redmi 10X Pro, Redmi 10X 5G have now entered the open beta phase of Android 11.

Going by the pattern that Xiaomi follows for its devices, a beta stable rollout is expected after the open beta before finally rolling out as a stable update.

The backend process may take some more weeks if not months, but the download links are already up for grabs for those set of users who are always excited to test out the freshly baked updates.

Apart from these, there are multiple other devices that are preparing for Android 11. It’s now up to the Xiaomi developers. The harder they work, the quicker you get Android 11.

Xiaomi recently pulled back its botched-up Redmi Note 9 Pro (Redmi Note 9S Global) Android 11 update in India. Hopefully, devs will fix the issues at hand and continue with the ongoing Android 11 deployment.

Anyway, the Android 11 list isn’t the only exciting thing going around in Xiaomi camp, but with the upcoming MIUI 12.5, excitement has been doubled.
