Could be “too much” thermal paste. That’s as bad as too little

what is the soloution?

what is the problem?  Temps are supposed to fluctuate.  80c Is not usually too hot depending on which cpu you have!  T-Junction for that CPU is 100c  Intel® Core™ i7-8750H Processor

Is this your pc asus vivobook n580gd

Then what were the temps were before Thermal Paste?

Did you make sure that the Heatsinks were both unplugged?

Make sure the BIOS and Nvidia drivers are up to date and from the OEM’s site.

Are you just expecting too much out of the laptop?  Running to many process’s at the same time?

Throttlestop: I assume you don’t really know how to use this program, I sure don’t.  You will most likely make things hotter and not Cooler!

“Use of ThrottleStop to bypass these throttling schemes is at your own risk and can result in permanent damage to your power adapter or computer or both which may not be covered by your warranty.”

I will defer to folks that have used the settings that you speak of.
