Is factory data reset an option to delete call history?

A factory data reset on your Android smartphone provides you with an option to delete all the files and settings on your system. The use of this option will enable you to delete the entire call log, which includes sent calls, received calls, incoming calls and even missed calls.

However, if you wish to simply delete a particular contact’s call history or the entire call log, the factory data reset option should be avoided and can be treated as a last resort.

Also, it is always advisable to take a backup of your stored data on your Android smartphone before going for a factory data reset option.
